Where We Ship

We ship across all Canadian provinces and territories from our Canadian warehouse.

Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM Eastern are typically dispatched within 24 hours on business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery Times

Most orders arrive in 2–5 business days within Ontario and Quebec, and 3–7 business days to other provinces and remote areas. Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or severe weather.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

Standard shipping is a flat rate at checkout. Orders above $125 CAD ship free. A tracking number is emailed to you once your order is dispatched.

PO Boxes & Rural Addresses

We deliver to PO boxes and rural addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate; we cannot reroute orders once they have shipped.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us because the address was incomplete or unclaimed, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
