We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn’t right, here’s how we help.

30-Day Returns

You may return unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. For health and hygiene reasons, opened or used pouches cannot be returned.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo, and we will replace it or refund it in full — no return shipping required.

How to Start a Return

Email us with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll reply with return instructions. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

Refund Timing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take a few additional days to appear.

Exchanges

Prefer a different flavour? Start a return and place a new order — we’ll process your refund once the original item is received.
